Judy Some people are using high carb protein powders. My friend was sold one by her nutritionist that has 13g carbs per serving, including 5g of added sugar! You have to watch these supplements, they can really sneak up on you. Since you are new I thought I'd point that out. The collagen has no carbs, just protein.

Chris oh yes then youre the one that started this forum? Ok. I went over my carb limit today, was 56 carbs instead of 34. Ill have to get back on track tomorrow. I usually stay busy but Sundays Im just hanging out reading. Focusing on suppliments and read a lot of good things about chlorella, spirulina and resveratrol. Do you take any of these!

Alexis Smith Are you in the US? There's an online healthy foods store called Thrive Market. They carry a lot of the keto products. In fact they have a button on the homepage where you can select for the ketogenic diet and shop for products that are in compliance. Free shipping over $49, some of their prices are quite good, and others are pretty average. There's also Amazon Pantry.

Alexis Smith we have a small organic fresh section and a specialty food section for organic box, frozen and canned. I buy most of my food from those two sections or on Amazon. Im leary of all the pesticides on fresh fruit and veggies. Dont want that killer crap in my body. Sometimes I take a trip away to a Walmart, but they only have a few things organic that I cant get at home. Grass-fed beef is almost impossible to get unless you go online and pay exorbitant prices, but I can get organic chicken and frozen grass fed beef patties here. Dont eat much fish other than usa golf shrimp or sardines as the oceans are so polluted. I do take vitamins and suppliments though. Yes, I did find lots of good information on this web site and meals too. Im new so gradually picking thru this site. Ive lost about 4lbs in a week. I know its mostly water but still feels good. Good luck with your journey.! 馃槉
