Christmas time cheating.
I have been keto for a month now and am down 11 pounds. I think I can get through Thanksgiving without too much bad eating, but Christmas is another story, I make candy, and I LOVE Christmas cookies. So I know I will stray and will be out of ketosis. My question is, to all of you seasoned keto veterans, do you have any advice? (Besides don't do it, lol). Have you gone on a binge and got right back to it? Any tips on how to get back into ketosis quickly after? That is my plan, to get right back on board. I have eaten 100% clean thus far. Let me know that I'm not the only one that's going to do this!
