Anyone know why green tea is rated as keto grade F on this tracker? Everything I read about the Keto Diet says it is acceptable.

No idea, I've been drinking a green tea or herbal tea in the evenings.  I'm curious too.

As a follow-up, when I choose 'Green Tea, brewed, unsweetened' to add to my food log it shows "Keto Grade: A" for me...?

  • I'm also getting "Keto Grade A" in carb manager. I too drink Green tea. I add a bit of ginger, lemon and peppermint sometimes :-) Caffeine in moderation is good for the keto diet in my opinion - I have 3 small cups each morning with a bit of MCT oil, butter and a variety of spices I mixed up. Works for me!
