Newbie

Been using Carb Manager and eating Keto since Feb 1st. So far so good ... I feel better. 10lbs gone!! Still tweaking my foods a bit as I’m always hungry. Ideas ?

    Nice, I started on Feb 4th. I started fasting, I have not been hungry and have kept my carbs below 20g.
