Psyllium Husk capsules - help with constipation?

Hi all, Less than 1 full week in and still learning. Been researching tips for slight constipation and seen some Psyllium Husk capsules available, would anyone recommend/offer alternative suggestions if you have a moment I’d really appreciate.

I use them to firm things up, I don't know if they would work to loosen them.  I use sauerkraut for constipation, works like a charm, lol.

I recommend prebiotics like inulin and a powerful probiotic called Milk Kefir.

I had similar problems until someone told me that the key to constipation on a keto diet is 1) eating 7 servings of vegetables a day, 2) reaching your potassium and magnesium requirements for the day and of course drinking loads of water.

I very rarely eat the 6 servings of veggies, but by just meeting the potassium

(3,500mg ) and Magnesium (420mg) daily requirements, I find that I no longer have any constipation issues.

This is often overlooked on this diet but it is important.
