claybear44d0b3 There was two people that posted about being vegan. Use the search bar and type vegan and you should find them. We probably have a 5% vegan following on ketogenic. It can be difficult only if your not okay with eating the same things every day and can’t get creative. It’s imperative you get the right macros. You may find you will be eating a lot of eggs, find creative ways I guess so you don’t tire of them. Almond milk? I thought that was low carb and stock full of protein ?good luck, I can’t live without meat. My hair would fall out.

badmojomn claybear44d0b3 I’m Keto vegan and I have a good supply of fats and proteins. I try to get creative. No need for animal products 😋 I have successfully done Keto vegan for the most part of a year. I like to meal plan so I’m good with eating similar things for the week but I like to change it around. Say my main lunch protein is tofu, I’ll change around the sides. My go to proteins are: tofu (of course), low carb seitan, vegan protein powder, ripple pea milk, almond milk yogurt, nuts, edamame, hemp hearts, chia seeds, nutritional yeast, pepitas, anything I can find that has high protein but low carb. my macros are 23g net carbs, 140g fat, 110g protein. I hit my goals every day. The most important aspect is the PLAN your meals. I create shopping list with appropriate foods, but each night I add my foods to this app and ensure I have balanced out my macros. That way there is no guesswork. Yeah things might change here and there but you have a base to work from. Hope this helps.

Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I have been on a vegan keto diet since 2/5/2018. I’ve gotten a lot of ideas from http://meatfreeketo.com/
Hope that helps!
