I started July 30th 52 years old ,  5”1 . kids are in college . Empty nester . I’ve been on many diets and so and never arrived at my weight goal which is 118-120. Frustrated, and then I see so many results of people that have done this so I thought I would try this journey .. excited and loving the recipes .
