So full of questions
I joined this program 3 days ago and when I did it automatically calculates everything for me. However, my fats are higher than my protein and I seem to run out of that before I can hit my caloric intake. Does this mean I should change it or should I leave it as is and just try to change up my eating habits?? Thanks!
I am starting day 8 and it is a learning curve. I would leave it as it and change your eating habits. Yesterday I need fat , very little protein. In the food section there is an advisor section. When I entered things I had on hand I got my fat and was .1 over on protein so I was happy. Enter what you think you want to eat before you cook your meal and adjust from there. Hope this helps
