Tips on higher fat intake without a lot of net carbs?

It seems the past two days I'm not making my fat mark but I am staying below my net carbs and calories. I'm almost making my protein mark. I've looked at fat bombs, but it seems some have a high amount of net carbs. Any tips or ideas?

  • You don’t have to reach your fat target. It’s a maximum and helps keep you satiated. I’m often lower on my fat.

    I don't like fat bombs. I add butter to veggies and also add heavy cream to coffee.

    Fat is just for satiety but better if it is above protein intake. Only eat when hungry. Other fat sources include my best weakness: Macadamia Nuts. Others are Avocado, Olive Oil, MCT Oil, Heavy Cream, Nut butters, animal butter,  bacon...
