When my Fitbit syncs with the carbs for the day it subtracts and shows I could eat a lot more. I’m sceptable since it’s my steps for the day - I don’t have an excercise routine except walking. Should I trust this and eat more?
I say there's nothing wrong with a little eating more, as long as you are relatively active, and try to eat healthily. Live life to the fullest, just be mindful! :)
