I realize that macros are very important. I'm having a difficult time getting calories into me due to jaw and swallowing issues caused by cancer. With that said, my counts are usually around 80% fat, 25% protein and under 10g carbs, (average 6g). I'm assuming this is good but it says here I should be taking in 1012 calories and I'm lucky to hit 800. Is THAT a problem?? I feel good. I'm always feel and have felt tired for the last 15+ years because of the vast chemo but I am soooooooooo full of great energy and feel GREAT - but now I'm a wire-tired :-) I do sleep about 6-7 hours a night. I was 162lbs on 4 Jan and on 31 Jan I'd lost 12 lbs now sitting at 150 lbs.
