Eating too much protein. How do get less?
I seem to be reaching the max protein and occasionally 5 or 10 grams more than set for my macros. The carbs are usually very low, and the fat about half of the protein. If it fits in my macros , does it matter? Should I eat more fat than protein? Help! I think this is why the loss is so slow, especially since I'm doing a 14-16 IF. Also, are you less hungry when you do IF? That seems to be the case for me.

Don’t go over protein, it converts to glucose. I was eating way too much protein so l have cut portions right down. I eat a lot more eggs. Have u got any CM friends,if so look at theirwtloss and see what they r eating. I did that and realized l was just eating way too much. I have substituted breakfast with bulletproof coffee so l can have a good protein dinner.
