tkimberlin92 When people talk about fasting in that way, the big number is the number of hours in which they don't eat, and a small number is the hours in which they do. So for example fasting 20/4 might mean that that person eats only between the hours of noon and 4 p.m. different people define fasting differently, some people consume only water during fasting hours many consume plain tea or coffee, others consumed bulletproof coffee or tea.

I've been trying to do Keto, but find it difficult to manage fiber, proteins, sugar, carbs,...it's just too much for me. I've been primarily counting carbs. I started at 40 carbs, knowing that most American men eat 250-350 carbs a day. Once I figured out that if I ate 40 carbs, I exceeded my calorie intake, I lowered my carbs to 35. Then, I figured out that I didn't need 35 carbs each day and lowered it again to 28 carbs. I've been losing pretty consistently without feeling too hungry.
