Macros in - question

Hey everyone! After working in the yard yesterday all my macros went below zero...I’m doing intermediate fasting so when I finally ate dinner half an hour ago my macros are still way down in minus however I’m full...which means tomorrow  will be the same thing again and I won’t get out of the minus...how does that effect my ketone process if it does at all

thank you

I doubt that it does, but won't put my head on the block. Anyway, yesterday I went walking for about an hour, and carb manager 'told me' I could now eat another 400 cals, I believe it was. I didn't trust this info, and turned off the feature under settings --> Deduct calories when I exercise.

It's a big debate whether you should "eat your exercise".  I've heard good arguments for and against.  The most convincing "against" I have heard is that diet programs consistently exaggerate calories burned through exercise to encourage people to do it.  I have the app set not to deduct exercise calories.
