Hi! I started losing weight about a month ago. I started off doing full carnivore and drinking tons of water. I did that for about 2 1/2 weeks. On that I lost 10 pounds. I did Keto for a weekend and lost 2. Then I switched to keto fully. Since then, I lost about a pound more. I haven't lost any more weight since and just plateaued. I usually drink lots of water and fast from 7pm-3pm the next day after school. I walk over 3 miles a day and do a cardio workout too. I watch what I eat on this diet too. Breaking my fast with some veggies and nuts. Then meat and veggie for dinner and some keto whip cream sometimes. Any suggestions of what to fix or add to keep losing weight? I don't know why it stopped. It’s really making me second guess myself alot.
