Expectations
So I am coming up on a month on keto, and this is my first real attempt at this new eating lifestyle. What is a realistic expectation of time to when you really start to see your body transform. I just had a baby 3 1/2 months ago so my body is kind of stalling on me but I have lost inches I’m just waiting for other numbers and figures to start to go down, but I want to be realistic and try to push through each day.
