In the past when I've wanted to tone up after dropping the weight, I'd start to swim laps, it doesn't take a lot of lap time, but be consistent. I'd go to the pool 4-5 times a week for about 30-45 minutes at a time and swimming or use a kick board and kick my legs while holding the board. I know that it might sound crazy, but it's always worked for me. I'm back doing Keto, my 1st week and I've lost 7.5 lbs and yes, I do plan to start my swimming up again tomorrow after work to help me finish losing my weight.
