Best Toning up advice for Belly

Hi, I am now into my 7th week and have lost 22pounds, but

would love to be able to reduce my belly measurements. My

tummy feels a lot softer but the loose fat needs toning. What

are the best exercises I can do to firm tummy up?

  • In the past when I've wanted to tone up after dropping the weight, I'd start to swim laps, it doesn't take a lot of lap time, but be consistent. I'd go to the pool 4-5 times a week for about 30-45 minutes at a time and swimming or use a kick board and kick my legs while holding the board. I know that it might sound crazy, but it's always worked for me. I'm back doing Keto, my 1st week and I've lost 7.5 lbs and yes, I do plan to start my swimming up again tomorrow after work to help me finish losing my weight.

  • I agree, swimming and aqua fit classes are great.
I also recommend consistent walking. Every single day and Chloe Ting videos are also super helpful for toning.

    Congrats on the weight loss!

To go along with cardio, "Planking" .

You Tube vids galore on how to do a plank.

It doesn't just help firm up stomach muscles, it will tone waist, arms, back and thighs.

(In the evenings I "plank" during commercials when I am watching TV.)
