Coming back to Keto
I'm about a month into my keto diet. I have about 150lbs to lose, and have lost about 15 so far. It took me a few weeks to really get into ketosis. I'm looking for a supportive environment to get recipes and bounce questions off a group of knowledgable keto people.
The last keto forum I joined got all judgmental about the fact that I bought hard-boiled eggs from Costco. They actually called me lazy. Hoping for a more supportive environment here with less judgment. Isn't the world filled with enough judgment and cynicism already?
Looking forward to a better experience here. Thanks!
Undoubtedly, Keto is the most discussed and highly researched diet. The abundance of sources describing Keto and its benefits overwhelms me. It's enough to write in Google the magic word "Keto", and millions of websites will pop up.
I recommend delving into what Keto is and making your own recipe book. Nobody on this forum knows what you like and what you are allowed to eat.
For me, Keto isn't just a diet, but a lifestyle I endeavor.
