Pizza Press cauliflower crust

Does anyone know how to get nutritional information for Pizza Press’ cauliflower crust pizza. They are a small chain so I can’t find any info online. I just at two slices and didn’t realize until I started googling that some places use rice flour in their crust. Agghhhhh!!

Fantastic taste and consistency, I added my own tomato sauce with 1Table Spoon (TS) of Apple Cider Vinegar, Basel, Thyme, and Oregano then 1 teaspoon of onion and garlic powder then 3TS Olive Oil, Simmer for 1 hour on low heat. Topping was Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Canadian Ham, More Cheese and veggies.

  • Bobbie wow thanks for sharing. I've never tried to make it at home, so I'll have to do that.  Sounds easy!  I heard you had to squeeze out the water from the cauliflower first but this doesn't say that.
