App stopped working with new Fitbit

I have used this app for years and I got a new Fitbit and the settings are correct on Fitbit and Carb Manager, but Carb Manager is not pulling data.  I even tried to reset my account with Carb Manager and Fitbit and it still won’t pull data from Fitbit.  Please help!!!
