Staying on track

Hi! Today is day 3 for me. My track record is going strong for 2 days and then..bam..I fall off the wagon. Today, I will keep it simple and solution based so I can wake tomorrow happy about my decisions :)

  • Though I'm not crazy about the meal planner here, I have to make sure I have my meals planned a bit ahead so I have things to look forward to. When I stop doing that, I lose momentum.  I started my whole process doing an eggfast - so when all else fails - I go back to eggs.
