The ‘keto flu’ is a common occurrence for folks just starting out; depending on the individual, it passes quickly or lasts for a few weeks.
A lot of sources say to make sure you’re drinking more water as ketosis expels water. And some folks say you should replenish your electrolytes (various means, depending on the person).
But it does pass - keep the faith and keto on.
