Net calories question

Hi. I’m new to keto and have a question about calories please. Today I have eaten foods that have maxed out (not exceeded) my targets for protein, fat and carbs. But because of calories burned through exercise, my net calories is only at 464 for the day. I haven’t exercised particularly hard, just a dog walk! So given that I can’t eat any more protein, fat or carbs and I have a net calorie goal of 1000, what do I do about the missing 500 calories? Thanks

    Most people don't eat back their calories if they are trying to lose weight.

  • Hi, if you go to settings there is an option for exercise NOT to adjust  your calories. I prefer to exercise for health and not to eat more. Hope this helps 🤗
