That’s amazing!!! Has it changed the way you look a lot? I’m 10 days in and 9lb down. I don’t expect a huge drop like you. I eat plenty of calories (like 1900 a day) but I also exercise 6 days a week. Only thing is, I only do one type of exercise (I play Pickleball 3-4 hours/day) because actual exercise sucks. Lol. What exercise program have you been doing?
