Phd Coconut Chocolate- net carbs?

Hi guys, 

I need help understanding what the net carbs in this product are. I thought it was theoretically impossible to have more grams of fibre than grams of carbs in a product (given that fiber is a type of carb..).  Can I eat this chocolate on a keto diet or not?
