Notices before opening app

How do I see what ‘22’ new something(?) are once I open the app. The number keeps getting larger. There is no way to find what these 22 notifications are about. Help?

  • If your looking at the app and it has a notification of 22. It’s probably telling you you’ve either consumed 22g of carb or you have 22g of carb left to consume. Look in setting because you can change from total carbs consumed or net carbs where the fibre is subtracted from the total value. Hope this helps
