Just finished up 8 weeks, down 25 lbs!
Still doing the same... 6-8 cups spinach a day, moderate protein and high fat. Walking 3 miles a day and intermittent fasting. I do 18 hours. The weight is coming off so easily, it’s hard to believe. Keep doing your reasearch and keep at it! It works!

I’m 3 weeks in and not seeing any weight loss. Doing IF, walking and yoga. I need to lose 25 lbs. I did keto years ago and it worked perfectly. This time I’m finding it to be slow. Any suggestions?
Im 5’7, 171 lbs athletic but BF is 28%
im doing 1500-1700 kcal, 130ish fat, 75 protein, 20 net carbs
Anything look off to you?
