I fell off too for a few months. I didn't go heavy into the carbs, but I was definitely not keto. I have started a fast, I am about 22 hours in to it now. Just, tea, coffee and water.
You don't need to go hard core and do fasting, just start back like you did the first time. Go back to the keto foods you liked, purge your kitchen of any carb rich foods. If you haven't opened something bring it to the food bank. If you have opened items, either throw them out or if you have a friend/relative who doesn't mind an opened package give it to them.
