Is almond flour part of the keto diet? It was in one of my recipes but I thought I had to avoid flour? Just starting out and need some advice. Thank You!
Yes, wheat flours are to be avoided, but there are several nuts, seeds etc that can be made into 'flour' and used in keto baking and recipes. The carbs in these flours is much lower than what flours, but still need to be accounted for in your day.
