Hey new to this whole keto thing and was wondering how to get in fats when they arent in your meals. So people say you dont need to reach your fat limit, is that true?
Carbs are a limit, protein is a goal and fat is for the rest of calories. If you are satisfied and feel good you do not have to add additional fat. Burn fat from your body not from your plate.
Thh hv e body will not go into starvation unless your calories are insufficient to support your energy needs. It would take excessive fasting or very low calories over an extended period of time. Or even excessive exercise. Then the body tries to maintain homeostasis.
