In & Out of Ketosis
I’m wondering how long it takes most people re-establish ketosis if you get knocked out. I’d love some hear experience sharing on the topic.
What typically knocks you out of ketosis not including a purposeful indulgence?
How long (hours or days) does it typically take to re-establish a moderate (40+) ketosis?

So I stayed strict Keto for 6 weeks in my initial run before I broke and had a milkshake (not bad for a guy that now realizes I was easily 300+ carbs per day). I packed on about 4 lbs of water weight over night and it took a solid 4-5 days of strict carb management for that weight to come back off.
I broke again a few days later with a food that “technically” fit within my 30 net carbs per day (side of fried cheese curds from Buffalo Wild Wings, 20 net carbs) but I was under 30 for the day. It kicked me out and put 5 lbs over night. This time it came off quick 2-3 days, but I increased my water intake and added a little more intensity at the gym session.
