Hi abigreheart, can I ask how long you’ve been on keto? And are you generally weighing, measuring and logging your food or just guesstimating? If you’re just starting I’d give it a little bit. Be sure to drink plenty of water. Alcohol is tricky too, even if it fits in your macros. If you’re trying to lose weight make sure that you’re tracking calories too and have a calorie deficit calculated into your macros. If you don’t weigh and measure that would be my first suggestion. Once you start doing that regularly you’ll have a better handle of portions when you eat out as well as understanding how different veggies impact your net carbs. Good luck!
