Leslie's Keto Chocolate Ice Cream
3/4 cup Unsweetened macadamia milk
3/4 cup Heavy cream
255 ML Unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup Half and Half
3 TBSP Cocoa
2.5 tsp Pure vanilla extract
7 TBSP Lakanto monkfruit sweetener ( Classic) or preferred granular sweetener
Mix all ingredients together in a blender very well and pour into a loaf pan or preferred container and pop in the freezer for about 3 hours .
