Leslie's Keto Chocolate Ice Cream

3/4  cup  Unsweetened macadamia milk 

3/4 cup  Heavy cream 

255 ML  Unsweetened coconut milk

1/4 cup  Half and Half 

3 TBSP   Cocoa

2.5  tsp   Pure vanilla extract

7  TBSP  Lakanto monkfruit sweetener ( Classic)  or preferred granular sweetener 

 

Mix all ingredients together in a blender very well and pour into a loaf pan or preferred container and pop in the freezer for about 3 hours .

    According to Carb Manager app  my recipe has 1.9 net carbs- 1.2 g fiber -13.5 g fat-1.9 g protein - 140 calories      Each serving is 1/2 cup

    Well, this will not let me edit it. I added 1.5 ounces of fresh raspberries and that will bring the net carbs per servings to 2 net carbs.  You want to add the raspberries in after the ice cream sets a little so they don't just settle at the bottom.

    Once completely frozen .. you will have to let it thaw some before eating.  It is best to be eaten the day of.   Half the recipe if preferred.  I made this for my family of 5.   I am going to try it churned next time.
