hello!

I feel kind of guilty that I am currently not on a Keto diet, nor am I restricting carbohydrates all that much. with that being said, my goals are for strength building and a overall built physique. my sister turned me toward CM for simply tracking macros and caloric intake during bulk and cut cycles- that way I can keep a good look while I build. what a fantastic app and webpage! this will be my first time attempting a cut down of roughly 18ish pounds in six weeks- so far as of today I am ahead of schedule by almost a pound and have not lost any strength. for you folks out there that are doing keto, I know for a fact it works! keep your eye on the ball and you will get the results you want. good luck to all of you!
