I am wanting to start the Keto diet tomorrow. Where do I begin. Help greatly appreciated.

  • You downloaded Carb Manager so that is your first step, already done! I would recommend looking g at some of the recipes and meal plans,and making a grocery list. That was my biggest hurdle when starting g,not having the right kinds of fat, and low carb options. 

    Remember, ease yourself into this. Changing eating habits is hard when you are a bread junkie or sugar junkie.... Make sure you have an adequate keto friendly substitute for your junkie craving... Pinterest is your friend
