Down 1in. all over on day 3.....
I don't use a scale , I measure and I'm down 1in at chest, waist and hip on day 3...so I'm thrilled. Getting over kflu better this time . This is my third attempt. I started with Atkins and still go by it using this.app. My other attempts worked but I couldn't commit. Now I am ready.as I can not keep.eating foods that are killing me. How are you all doin?
