Craft beer is very high in carbs. Try Corona Premier or Michelob Ultra, if you must drink beer. It will taste watery if you are used to craft beer. Never drink more than 2. Dry wines are also ok but stay away from cheap sugary ones and look for Alch. Content of 13.5 and higher. Hard liquor is carb free but again, if not in moderation, is bad for your health
