Hi I’m 69 (almost) years old thought I started Keto January 1, but it seems I really started 2 weeks ago - I switched to premium to track exercise yesterday and now my exercise changes my numbers to negative - I’ve eaten more than I want to today and my protein is -6g my fat was also a negative number so I ate 1.5 avocados and 1/2 cup of pecans to raise the number and still it says I’ve eaten 623 calories - also I’m not losing weight - any suggestions?

    If you eat bread or any other grains , you should stop that now. Stay away from fruit other than berries. No potatoes, tortillas, pizza, pasta
