Here we go...
Hi everyone! Day 1 with the Carb Manager app :) I started eating Keto about a month ago with regard to limited carbs, high fat, and (maybe) moderate protein. I’ve been using a blood meter and confirmed I’m in ketosis regularly. However, I’ve not done any measuring or tracking, and SURPISE! ... Only lost 3 lbs. I feel good though. I’m looking forward to doing it correctly and losing the weight!
