My protein

Hello, 

I have been struggling to reach my protein goal. My limit is 85g. I am kind sick of chicken breast. How do you get yours in?

  • I have the opposite problem. I’m always over on my protein. Eggs, turkey bacon, turkey, keto meatballs, keto lasagna, Greek yogurt, cheese, cream cheese, nuts, collagen peptides and there is this bread (Dimpflmeier) that you can buy at Costco that has 15 g protein, 1 net carb. It’s not like the soft bread you are used to, but it’s pretty good toasted with nut butter and keto jam.

    Frosty62  what’s better over on protein or over on fat. Having trouble with adding fat today need 63 grams tonight be fore 6 pm. Any suggestions?
