Cauliflower works for me! Especially when I add butter, cheese and sour cream on top! Tastes like baked potatoe

  • Have you tried Kohlrabi?   Carbs per cup  8.4 - fiber 4.9 for a net of 3.5.

I tried the radishes but I'm still on the fence.  I cooled them in the slow cooker with a roast. Are they normally salty or just picked up the salt from the roast? I don't know what they normally taste like.

Mashed freshly boiled pumpkin with butter is nice. Very similar consistency.

Judy Brooks I second Kohlrabi. We bought some already shredded from Meijer and made them up like cheese shredded hashbrowns. Very tasty! They're also very good with a pesto sauce.
