Dont feel thinner

Hello,  I'm not sure if this is a good spot to post this in or not. I've been doing Keto and Intermittent fasting for about six months and I'm down about 50lbs. I started at 230lbs wearing 1x and size 18 pants. Now I'm 182, down several inches size medium and size 12 pants. Originally my goal weight was 180 but I'm almost there and I still feel fat. I still feel like I should be wearing an extra large, I often wear clothes that are too big because I feel like they should be my size. I've changed my goal weight to 160 because I'm not satisfied yet but I'm afraid I wont be satisfied at 160 either. Suggestions? Anyone else have this issue?
