help!

I was on Jenny Craig for a year before I started this and lost 20 lbs.  I've been doing the Keto diet now for almost 4 weeks and am having a hard time getting into ketosis.  My macros are all in line, I exercize 2 times a week, drink plenty of water, bullet coffee in the morning, etc.    Haven't lost anything, in fact I'm pretty stabilized at exactly where I started, after going down a pound or two, then fluctuating back and forth.  I do eat Keto protein bars once or twice a day, but I'm always at or lower than 20 net carbs.  

Any advice?
