New to carb manager & keto

Hi group , I’ve been on here three days & watching my daily log , are you supposed to follow what the graph shows if so how do you build up the fibre content or doesn’t it matter that much , any help would be appreciated 😊

    To get into ketosis the most important parts are to NOT go over on carbs and protein. Everything else at the start is secondary, the other piece of advice I would give is to drink lots of water. Try to drink about 2 L ~ 4 pints of plain water each day.  You will be going to the bathroom a lot as your body releases the water that is locked up in the carbs stored in your muscles and liver.
