15 days on Keto + cream cheese recipes

Hi everyone, I love this app! I am a retired math teacher so I just love data. I am 53 years old. I have been fit and healthy my whole life until about 10 years ago. I was under a tremendous amount of stress and had been diagnosed with a degenerative condition which caused chronic pain. I gained 40 lbs seemingly overnight. I was insulin resistant and had all the markers of metabolic syndrome. I went on HBP meds and (recently) Metformin. I eventually had 2 surgeries in 2013, quit teaching and tried to lose weight. Nothing worked. Finally, my new naturopath suggested the Hcg diet. She believes that if I lose the 40 lbs, all of my metabolic stuff will reset to healthy again. So, I started the injections in late June. After 1 week, I switched protocols to the Hcg 2.0 protocol, which is low carb during the diet phase and then in maintenance, I chose to go full keto so here I am! I have lost 15 lbs in 5 weeks. I am in the maintenance phase until Aug, where I will begin another round of HcG and go very low calorie again. I am here for support but also food ideas. I have a huge tub of cream cheese that I want to use up so anything that features CC and that I could freeze would be awesome - keto breads and crackers etc
