I’m a type 1 diabetic 46 yr old male. Goal is to loose 80 lbs.
Im trying to understand the difference beteeen diabetic carbs and total carbs is the diabetic carbs what I’m using to calculate my insulin intake?
Do I hit the diabetic carb goal or the total carb goal?
Second when I put in my goal for loosing 2lbs per week it’s given me 1680 calories per day which is very low and will need some getting used to
How do I know when I’m in ketosis? Am I using the percentages?
