New to Keto/low carb/High fat. And of course this app.
I'm GF, so eat clean mostly, but really want to focus on this way of life. It's been a bit confusing f for me trying to understand d macros. I've looked for this information and done calculations but they all come up so very differently. Do you all customize your own or use what carb manager suggests?
