Semi new
Hey guys !!! I’m semi new to keto! I started my journey on September 4th, 2018. I have lost 11 lbs but I feel so good about my body and mind. I’m kind of at a stall right now and looking for some meal plans to help lose more weight. I’m getting bored of just the foods that I eat and looking for more ideas! Can’t wait to see where keto leads me
